Meet Our Team

KC Monroe PT, DPT, CERT SMT, CERT DN

Dr Kaci Monroe received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Montana, In Missoula Montana Kaci Is the owner of River Bend Physical Therapy and Preventative Care, LLC. Dr. Monroe graduated from the University of Montana in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and went on to get her doctorate in 2011. She also holds a certification in Spinal Manipulative Therapy™ (Cert. SMT™) from the Spinal Manipulation Institute and a certification in Dry Needling™ (Cert. DN™) from the Dry Needling Institute of the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy™.

Kaci lives in Bigfork with her husband Hasset and their two children lrelynn and Jamison. Dr. Monroe is thrilled to be located within the Montana Athletic Club and back in her hometown. Her main areas of interest include spine pain and dysfunction. chronic pain syndromes. headache relief. sports medicine. post-surgery rehabilitation. general fitness. and preventative care to promote the optimal health of every client. She is focused on getting the best possible results for each patient and looks forward to working with you.

Dr. Chris Young, DPT, CSCS

Chris joins RBPT after graduating from the University of Montana Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2022. Prior to becoming a DPT, Chris graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Exercise Science in 2008 and spent over a decade working in the health & fitness and sports performance industries. Having worked with numerous elite college and professional athletes throughout his career, Chris has a special interest in injury prevention for sports and recreation, as well as orthopedic rehab for return to sport.  Chris has a passion for helping individuals from all backgrounds regain and improve functional mobility and continue to enjoy the activities that enhance quality of life. Chris believes in promoting the body’s innate healing abilities by utilizing physical therapy techniques and modalities to optimize the healing environment and recovery process.

Carly Wolstein PT, DPT, CERT DN

Dr. Carly Wolstein was born and raised in the Flathead Valley and is a graduate of the University of
Montana, Missoula. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health and Human Performance/
Exercise Physiology with a minor in Gerontology in 2011 and went on to receive a Doctorate of Physical
Therapy (DPT) in 2015.

Carly has a decade of experience helping patients overcome physical limitations. Her professional interests
include neurologic and orthopedic rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, as well as geriatric care. She
holds certifications in the Pilates method (Balanced Body Inc.), Dry Needling (Dry Needling Institute of the
American Academy of Manipulative Therapy), Joint Manipulation and Mobilization (Spinal Manipulation
Institute) and “BIG” therapy, a program for patients with Parkinsonism (LSVT Global Inc). She is passionate
about helping patients find strategies of mindful movement in order to restore confidence in their bodies
and overcome injury.

In her personal time, Carly enjoys skiing, hiking, rafting, paddle boarding and exploring Montana with her
husband, Joe, daughter, Maggie, and her two dogs, Sully and Norma.

Starr Eko Brown PT, DPT, MSc

Dr. Starr Brown received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX. She received a Master of Science Degree in Human Movement Science Research from Vrije University in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Starr is a published author of peer reviewed research articles investigating balance control and gait mechanics. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is working towards a Certification in Sports & Orthopedic Manual Therapy from the Institute for Athlete Regeneration. Her professional areas of interest include gait biomechanics, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports performance, overuse injuries, post traumatic musculoskeletal injuries, and work and stress related musculoskeletal disorders.

When Starr is not practicing physical therapy, she enjoys spending time with her husband and Collie dog, hiking, trail running, mountain biking, skiing, camping, kayaking, and paddle boarding.

Seth Losos PT, DPT, ATC

Seth Losos grew up and went to college in Bismarck, ND. Seth received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2022 and a bachelor’s in athletic training in 2019 from the University of Mary. After receiving his bachelor’s degree, Seth worked as an Athletic Trainer covering a wide range of athletes from elementary to college. While in graduate school, Seth gained a wide range of clinical experience in Neurological, Vestibular, Orthopedic rehabilitation. After receiving his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, Seth has worked in Outpatient Orthopedic care, Skilled Nursing Facility, and Hospital settings. Seth has enjoyed helping others prevent and recover from injuries. Seth’s main passion is helping others get the most out of their bodies so they can continue to compete in the activities they love.

Seth moved to Flathead Valley from North Dakota for the warmer weather and the outdoor activities. He enjoys outdoor activities and sports like hiking, snowboarding, biking, roller blading, basketball, frolf and spike ball. Seth grew up playing as many sports as possible, which formed his interest with injury prevention and recovery.

Alex Osborne PTA

Alex was born in Sheridan, WY and grew up in North Carolina.
Alex visited Montana every summer and officially moved to Montana in 2003. He then enlisted in the Air Force in 2009. During his time in the Air Force, he found himself spending time as a patient in Physical Therapy, which sparked his interest in the career field. At the end of his military service, he returned to Montana. He graduated from Flathead Valley Community College in 2019 with his Associates of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Alex is excited to be part of something bigger than himself and enjoys being able to help individuals of all ages regain function and recover from injuries. Outside of the clinic, you can find him outdoors skiing, hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and looking for new adventures with his two daughters.
